Fraud cheating

I paid a total of Rs 9000 through multiple Paytm UPI transactions on 03 November 2026 between 5 07 PM and 5 18 PM for motorcycle riding gear from Theguardmoto Helmet World Hyderabad. The seller received the payments and issued an invoice but failed to dispatch the goods despite promising delivery within 24 to 48 hours. Initially the seller responded and repeatedly promised dispatch but has now stopped answering calls and messages. The registered mobile number is also switched off. The beneficiary UPI IDs are partik10@fam and pankaj786786@fam. Transaction reference numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I also found a discrepancy between the business address on the invoice and the GST registration details available online. I possess complete WhatsApp chats screen recordings payment proofs invoice GST invoice and GST registration details as evidence. I suspect online cheating and request an urgent investigation tracing of beneficiary accounts and recovery of my Rs 9000.
