Complaint Details
I had ordered 5 samosas from Pritam Pyara Sweets. The photos shown for the product were different from what was actually delivered. The samosas I received were very small in size (micro size) compared to what was shown, and were priced at Rs 25 each. Also, the samosas delivered were cold. After receiving the wrong product, I tried to contact them to raise this issue, but they are not picking up my phone calls. I request that this matter be looked into and I get a refund or replacement for the samosas as per what was shown and promised at the time of ordering.
