I ordered a kurta set worth ₹2,099 (Order ID: #CK8847) from Crown Kurtas. The product delivered is completely different from the images shown on their website, and the quality is extremely poor. The website appears to be using an influencer's image to advertise the product, which is misleading and does not match what was actually delivered. I believe this amounts to misleading product representation and suspected online shopping fraud. I have not received the product as advertised, and the quality issue makes it unusable. I request an investigation into this seller's practices and assistance in obtaining a full refund of ₹2,099 for Order ID #CK8847.
