Misleading MRP

Very Disappointing and Misleading Pricing – Dermatouch Sunscreen Gel I am extremely disappointed with the pricing practices of Dermatouch and the way this product was advertised on Myntra. At the time of purchase, Myntra displayed the MRP of this Dermatouch Sunscreen Gel as ₹599, offering an attractive discount of up to 70% as part of its Diwali sale. However, when I received the product, I was shocked to find that the actual MRP printed on the product packaging was only ₹349. This raises a serious question: If the actual printed MRP is ₹349, why was the product listed with an MRP of ₹599 on Myntra? Is this how brands and e-commerce platforms attract customers by showing inflated MRPs and misleading discounts? I strongly condemn such pricing practices. Customers trust platforms like Myntra and brands like Dermatouch, expecting transparent and honest pricing. Showing an inflated MRP to create an illusion of a huge discount is unfair to consumers. I demand the following: A clear explanation for the MRP discrepancy of ₹250. An investigation into the pricing practices of Dermatouch and Myntra. Transparency regarding the actual MRP and discount offered. Appropriate action to ensure that other customers are not misled in the same way. Customers deserve genuine discounts, not manipulated pricing strategies. Stop misleading customers in the name of festive sales!
