Trusting their advertisement, I contacted the seller and placed an order for motorcycle helmet inner padding through WhatsApp. I made a payment of ₹850 through UPI on 23 October 2026. However, after receiving my payment, the seller stopped responding to my messages. My messages have not even been seen, and I have not received my ordered product or any valid dispatch details or courier receipt. Despite waiting for a response, I have received no proper update regarding my order. The seller's failure to communicate after receiving payment has raised serious concerns about possible online shopping fraud. I therefore request the concerned authorities to: 1. Investigate the activities of Guard Moto and verify the legitimacy of the seller. 2. Take appropriate action if fraudulent activity is established. 3. Help me recover my payment of ₹850. 4. Take necessary steps to prevent other customers from facing similar problems. I am ready to provide supporting evidence, including my UPI payment receipt, Instagram account details, WhatsApp conversations, and order information.
