Wrong product del

I request immediate intervention against Myntra for repeated failure to deliver the product ordered. I received a wrong product initially, followed by a second delivery containing torn pieces of cloth. Despite multiple complaints, my exchange was cancelled and I was left without an option to return the product or obtain a refund. Customer care also failed to resolve the matter and disconnected my call when I requested senior escalation.
