I have ordered a pair of jeans from Myntra which I eventually did not like and returned it. Firstly for the return pickup itself I had to contact to customer care for so many times and now for the refund, they divided the amount in to halves 1st in original payment method. 2nd in myncredit which I haven't received any payment yet. I have tried to contact the customer care for so long but they are not picking up my calls instead they kept my call on a waiting list which apparently doesn't have my chance to reach. I have been contacting them for almost a week till now but no response from their side.
