Complaint Details
I want to report an unauthorized UPI AutoPay mandate linked to my SBI savings account. The merchant is mPokket. The mandate limit is ₹15,000, starting 8 June 2025 and ending 8 June 2035. I have never knowingly authorized this mandate and have no active loan with mPokket. Multiple debit attempts were made on 5 November 2026, but thankfully all failed. Please investigate the mandate, help me revoke it, prevent further debit attempts and register an unauthorized mandate complaint. Please provide me with a complaint reference number.
