Product not being sent to me

I had ordered a T-shirt worth Rs. 999 from the website kwabey.com and made the payment using my credit card. The order was placed on 21st September, and it has now been more than a month, but I have still not received the product. Earlier, when there was an issue with this order, instead of refunding the amount to my credit card, the company refunded it to their own wallet on their website. I used that wallet balance to place the order again, but even this time the product has not been delivered to me. I request that the company either deliver the T-shirt immediately or refund the full amount of Rs. 999 to my original payment method, since I have already waited for more than a month without receiving the product or a proper refund.
