Complaint Details
I am not availing the services of jio fibre yet the company is mentally harassing me by sending monthly bills. The customer care also threatens that I will have to pay for September and October. The company never communicated me regarding the procedure of termination of services. It only sends the monthly bill. It has suspended my services way back in July but now telling me to pay for auagust September etc even without using the services.
