I was order lenova laptop from Amazon but during return they can't pick the product and last date of return they cancel my return by itself

I was order an lenova laptop from Amazon but product was not compatible for my work so I was issue an return ticket. Pickup fail multiple time bcz delivery partner not came and comment that refused by costumer. I already tell to company person but they tell returns will be picked by if not pick them return will started but last date of return 03.11.2026 they can't raise another ticket and cancel my return complaint and denial to refund.
