Complaint Details
A person running telegram channel, he was selling means on telegram. I want to start content creation, so I decided to buy some Memes. So he say pay 399 for one month, I pay he say pay security amount. The security amount is refundable and the security amount is.1998.10 I also pay the security amount but he doesn’t give me any Memes and also not refund my money when I ask him to refund my money, he blocked me the the UPI transaction ID [protected] I have all proofs that he scam with me.
