Withdrawal of pending legal suits

To, Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to my previous communications and the recent emails regarding my settled loan accounts DMI[protected] and DMI[protected]. While I note that the digital copies of the No Objection Certificates (NOCs) were recently shared, I am deeply concerned to find that the legal proceedings/summons originating from the court (PHC, Delhi) in relation to these fully settled accounts remain active and have not been formally withdrawn by the institution. It has been a considerable time since the settlement was concluded, and keeping active legal suits pending post-settlement constitutes a severe deficiency in service, causing unnecessary harassment and mental agony. I request you to treat this as urgent and immediately: 1. File for the formal withdrawal and closure of the pending legal suit/summons in the court (PHC, Delhi) for both loan accounts. 2.
