Services not provided properly

I had enrolled with Vision IAS, Delhi, after paying an amount of Rs 110,000 to them. Despite this payment, I have not received the study material that was supposed to be dispatched to me. Proper subject classes are also not happening as expected. I have tried to reach out to the institute regarding these issues, but I have not received any proper response or solution from their side. Neither the classes nor the study material have been provided even after my payment and follow-up. I request that the institute either immediately dispatch the complete study material and start conducting proper subject classes as promised, or refund the amount of Rs 110,000 paid by me.
