Complaint Details
I purchased a product through an Instagram/Facebook page named Urban Clothing. I paid ₹698 by Cash on Delivery on 13 September 2026. However, I received a wrong product. I contacted the seller and requested a return and full refund, but the seller is refusing to provide a refund/return. I have the parcel label, product photos and communication with the seller as evidence. I request your help in getting the wrong product returned and receiving a full refund of ₹698
