Subject: Complaint Against TuitionPao.com Regarding Suspected Online Fraud, Misleading Representations, Unverified Tuition Leads and Non-Refund of ₹3,000

I wish to file a complaint against TuitionPao.com for allegedly misleading me into paying ₹3,000 for tuition lead services. Despite promising genuine tuition leads, the platform provided unverified and potentially fake inquiries. Several parents contacted by me denied having registered for tuition through the platform. The company also failed to provide the promised GST invoice and requested a promotional satisfaction video despite my dissatisfaction with its services. Although the company claims that its fees are non-refundable, I believe I have been misled and financially cheated. I request that the matter be investigated and appropriate action be taken in accordance with the law. I am willing to provide payment proof, bills, screenshots and other supporting evidence.
