Complaint Details
The customer care as well as the delivery partner never made any initiative to deliver the order. The order was placed on 8:50 pm and the delivery partner never turned up to deliver the order. I had a word with the customer executive and he said that he will not take any initiative towards it. Now at 10:50 they refunded the amount back and I'm hungry.
