I am writing to file a complaint regarding an online shoe order that I placed through an online page I made the payment for the shoes successfully, including the required shipping charges. The seller had informed me that the order would be delivered within the specified time. However, the product was expected to arrive about two weeks ago, and I have still not received the shoes. I have tried contacting the seller several times by phone regarding the delayed delivery. However, their phone is now switched off, and they are not responding to my calls. I have also tried contacting them using other phone numbers, but I have been unable to get a proper response. Since I have already made the full payment and the product has not been delivered, I request you to kindly look into this matter and take the necessary action against the seller. I would also request a refund of the amount paid if the product cannot be delivered.
