Complaint Details
I purchased a Budweiser Magnum from Srivas Wine Centre. The MRP printed on the product is Rs. 190, but I was charged Rs. 200 for it, which is Rs. 10 more than the MRP. I am complaining against this overcharging by the shop, as charging above the MRP is incorrect and unfair to customers. I request that the shop be directed to stop charging above MRP, refund the excess amount of Rs. 10 charged to me, and ensure that products are sold strictly at the MRP in future.
