Ltd.) regarding my ₹150 3-service package due to severe service deficiency and deceptive practices. The first maid abandoned her work midway without completing the job, while the second worker entered under false pretenses, illegally marked her salary as paid on my account, deducted my service credit, and told me to cancel it myself. Snabbit's support team failed to resolve these issues or provide customer assistance, violating basic consumer rights. I request an immediate full refund of ₹150 along with strict action against the company.
