Complaint Details
I saw an advertisement on Instagram which directed me to WhatsApp. I contacted the seller through WhatsApp and we discussed the purchase of an account, for which he quoted a price of Rs. 250. I made the payment of Rs. 250 as asked. After receiving my payment, the seller stopped replying to my messages on WhatsApp. He did not deliver the account or provide any response after that, and I believe I have been scammed. I request that the seller be held accountable and that my payment of Rs. 250 be refunded to me.
