Complaint Details
I have booked Bus on 17/10/2026 payment also done I have received bus confirmation message and ticket then I spoke with bus operator he told bus moved at 8.30 instead of 9 o'clock and they said speak with redbus. then I logged complaint against this in redbus. ( Complaint number : 34380102 ). Still there is no refund and response.
