Experience – Repeated Payment Requests

I had a very bad experience with this loan application. I have already paid ₹7,000 in multiple installments (₹500, ₹2,500, and ₹4,000) due to repeated payment requests. Initially, the support team assured me that once the bank payment gateway issue was resolved, my loan amount would be disbursed immediately. I specifically asked whether I needed to make any further payments, and they clearly said no. However, now they are again demanding ₹5,000 without providing any proper explanation. Whenever I contact customer support, I receive the same automated response instead of a genuine solution. This is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about the app's transparency, payment process, and customer service. I strongly request the company to either disburse my loan immediately or refund the ₹7,000 I have already paid. Please be cautious before making any payments through this application. I do not recommend this app based on my personal experience.
