Complaint Details
I was a victim of fraud, and money was withdrawn from my account through PhonePe without my authorization. After this happened, I filed a complaint with PhonePe regarding this unauthorized transaction. Despite raising this complaint, I have not received any reply or response from PhonePe till now. My refund request has not been addressed, and there has been no communication on the status or resolution of my complaint. I request that PhonePe respond to my complaint immediately and process a refund of the amount that was fraudulently withdrawn from my account. I also request a clear explanation for the delay in addressing my complaint.
