I want to file a complaint against Onwards Technology regarding fraudulent hiring and onboarding practices. During my interview, I was clearly told that the standard work hours were 9:00 AM. After joining, management changed my start time to 7:00 AM without my consent. I informed them that this was not possible for me due to childcare responsibilities, as I need to drop my child off at 8:00 AM. Following this, I resigned immediately. I also found that the company had misrepresented the role during recruitment, including the shift timings, work location, and project timeline. I was asked to take over a project whose deadline had already passed, and I was expected to take the blame for a missed 15-day timeline that was never disclosed to me before joining. After I left the company, I noticed that there were 40 to 50 attempts made to access or modify my PF (Provident Fund) account without my authorization. The company also transferred an unauthorized amount of ₹1,000 into my PF account, which I did not request or approve. I am raising this complaint to bring attention to these fraudulent and misleading practices. I request that the company stop any unauthorized access or activity on my PF account, reverse the unauthorized transaction, and take responsibility for misrepresenting the job role and conditions during my recruitment.
