Complaint Details
I noticed that some amount has been debited from my bank account without my knowledge or consent. I suspect this to be a case of online fraud, as I did not authorize this transaction. I have not received any explanation for this unauthorized debit. I am raising this complaint to bring this matter to notice and seek necessary action. I request that the unauthorized debited amount be investigated and refunded to my account at the earliest, and that appropriate action be taken against the fraud.
