Complaint Details
I made a payment of Rs. 12,000 online and was defrauded in the process. Despite this, I have not received any refund or resolution from the concerned party. I request that the amount of Rs. 12,000 be refunded to me at the earliest and appropriate action be taken against those responsible for this online fraud.
