I have purchased mobile phone model iQOO Z11 Lite 44W 5G (Midnight Blue, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage) through Amazon online shopping but the mobile phone didn't reach my expectations so I want to return it but iam unable to return and neither I have received support from Amazon customer service centre not chat box though I tried to reach them through customer service they are not responding and in product return/ replacement option it showing the mobile phone is open box delivered it should not be returned but while delivering the mobile the delivery boy not even switched on the phone just took the pictures of mobile top view bottom view and 2 side views not even switched on the mobile kindly help me to return the product and to get my refund as amazon customer service not supporting and though I called them waiting since 20 mins no body responds
