Complaint Details
I had a problem with my laptop and approached Octa Care Hardware for service. Despite the service being taken up, my laptop issue has not been resolved till date. This amounts to deficiency in the service provided to me. I request that my laptop issue be resolved without further delay, and that I be informed in writing about the action taken on my complaint.
