Registration process.

I purchased the vehicle by paying the full purchase amount to the dealer. However, from the beginning, the dealer failed to complete the required registration process. Initially, the dealer did not provide the TR (Temporary Registration). Later, the TR was generated, but it was rejected due to a document-related issue. After the rejection, the dealer did not take the necessary steps to correct the documents and complete the registration process. It has now been more than one year since this issue has remained unresolved. Despite repeatedly contacting the dealer and requesting them to complete the required formalities, no proper action has been taken. The dealer has also subsequently closed his business/showroom, and I am unable to get any assistance from them. I have also approached the vehicle manufacturer regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any effective resolution or assistance. I have even issued a legal notice through a lawyer, but the matter is still unresolved. I purchased this vehicle by paying the full amount with the expectation that the vehicle would be properly registered and that I would be able to use it normally. However, due to the prolonged registration issue, I have not been able to use the vehicle as intended and have also lost the opportunity to avail the normal services and benefits associated with the vehicle. This prolonged issue has caused me significant financial loss, inconvenience and considerable mental stress despite having already paid the full purchase amount. At this stage, I no longer wish to retain the vehicle. I request that the concerned company/manufacturer and responsible parties arrange for cancellation/return of the vehicle and provide me with a full refund of the amount paid by me, along with appropriate compensation for the prolonged delay, inconvenience, expenses and mental harassment caused to me.
