We used before it was house then transfer to guest house but we are not aware metre has to change from housing to commercial running since six months nobody from dept has been inform this need to be change how would we know and all of sudden some vigilance team from warangal the visited and put a fine without any information my metre no is USC NO 14893295 AND another USC NO 14898452
