I ordered a L'Oréal Xtension Care Shampoo & Hair Mask combo from Myntra and paid the full amount through my credit card. The items were scheduled for separate deliveries. When the delivery executive arrived, he stated that the order was showing as COD and demanded payment again. I showed proof of payment, but he advised me to cancel the order. I contacted Myntra Help Centre, but they only stated that the order was COD and failed to resolve the issue. I have already paid for the order and should not be asked to pay again or suffer cancellation due to Myntra's payment/order discrepancy. I request appropriate resolution, refund/delivery as applicable, and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
