The order is not delivered but marked delivered

I placed order for Bata slipper. The order is showing delivered but it is not. I didn’t receive any call from the delivery agent. No parcel is delivered to my family or my neighbours. Myntra marked it delivered. I tried raising tickets for the past 10 days talking to multiple agents and managers but they are deliberately cutting the call without proper response. I’m on call with them for more than 3 hours daily but they are repeatedly telling claim rejected. When I asked to whom it is delivered no answer they simply tell logistics team confirmed it is delivered. When I asked for the delivery person details also they are not giving. I sent multiple mails but no response on those. I’m really fed up and at last I’m here.
