Complaint Details
I placed an order through an Instagram account 10 days ago and made the required payment. However, I have still not received any shipping or tracking details. I have been continuously trying to contact the seller through Instagram messages, but there has been no response. The seller has not provided any update regarding my order, dispatch, or delivery. I request that this matter be looked into and appropriate action be taken against the seller. I would also like assistance in getting my payment refunded if the order is not going to be delivered.
