Fraud Delivery

Recieved a COD order with delivery details as my name and number which was delivered to my friend's house. His roommate paid for it since I wasn't reachable However I have never used Meesho and neither has anyone I know. I contacted Meesho customer service for multiple days and each time I got told they had technical issues and couldn't find an order in my number, even though the order wasn't from my number. One of their agents told me she is putting me on hold and instead cut the call and since then, no one from Meesho has contacted me back. I emailed them twice about this as well.
