Complaint Details
I had availed services through the Master App. An amount was deducted from my account through Autopay by the Master App without my consent. I did not authorize this deduction and I am not aware of the reason for this transaction being made through Autopay. I request that the deducted amount be refunded to me and that the Autopay mandate be stopped immediately to prevent any further unauthorized deductions.
