“Complaint Regarding Suspected Online Shopping Fraud and Repeated Payment Requests”

Sir/Ma’am, I would like to clearly explain my issue. I placed an order and initially paid ₹1,350. After that, I was informed that I had to pay ₹1,950 for a verification/marketing price process, and I was told that this amount would be refunded within a few minutes. After I made that payment, I was again asked to pay ₹3,900, saying that it was compulsory for billing and that the amount would also be refunded. I was not informed about these additional payments before placing the order. I have repeatedly requested you to cancel my order and refund the money I have already paid. I also requested that, if cancellation is not possible, you deliver only one dress and cancel the remaining items. However, I am still being asked to make further payments, and my refund has not been processed. I am not in a position to make any more payments. I have saved all the payment receipts, transaction IDs, chat screenshots, order details, and contact information as proof. Please understand my situation and refund the amount I have already paid. I would like to resolve this peacefully without having to make a formal complaint.
