Complaint Details
The insurance company has refused to process the claim, stating that the reported damage was pre-existing. However, at the time of taking the insurance policy, a video of the insured asset was submitted through the link provided by the insurance company for verification. The video clearly shows that the reported damage was not present at that time. Therefore, the contention that the damage was pre-existing is not consistent with the condition of the asset documented during the insurance process. The submitted video may be considered as supporting evidence, and the claim may accordingly be reviewed and reconsidered by the insurance company.
