Undertaken 2 years' AMC vide Invoice date 04/05/2024 of Service Agent AI Water Solutions, Pune, Mobile: [protected], Salesman Name: Sri Vedant Singh, Mobile: [protected] but service for 2nd year not provided though in the invoice amount for 2 years' AMC shows. After repeated complaint to Co. Customer Care no service provided with the plea that 2nd year's AMC has not been updated with the Company. Invoiced amount is small but the harassment/fraud is big.
