Complaint Details
My bank account has been blocked or frozen. I am unable to access or operate my account because of this freeze. I am facing difficulty due to this restriction on my account and have not been given a clear reason for it. I request that my account be unfrozen and normal access restored at the earliest, along with a clear explanation for why the freeze was placed on my account.
