Flipkart fraud

I had ordered a Whirlpool stabilizer on 4 October 2026 from Flipkart, priced at Rs. 2013, with tracking number FMPC[protected]. The product was delivered on 10 October 2026, but as soon as I plugged it in, it started emitting smoke and became hot. I immediately switched it off and raised a complaint for a refund. However, Flipkart did not give me a refund option, only a replacement option, so I applied for replacement. The replacement order had tracking number FMPP[protected] and was scheduled for delivery on 22 October 2026, but I was not available at home that day. The pickup boy came to collect the old product, said he would come again the next day, but never returned. Flipkart then cancelled the order on its own. As a result, I have lost both the replacement product and my money. I also faced a faulty product that was dangerous to use. I have tried to contact Flipkart customer care, but there is no option to speak to a human agent, only a bot that simply says the order is cancelled and ends the chat. I have not received my refund or a working replacement till now. I request that Flipkart either refund my full amount of Rs. 2013 or provide a proper working replacement, and resolve this matter without further delay.
