Wrong item received

I purchased a "Haus & Kinder 3 in 1 Cotton Carrier Nest cum sleeping bag" for ₹844.35 from Firstcry, which was delivered on October 9, 2026. Despite the item being within the eligible return period (valid until October 16, 2026), my return request was wrongfully cancelled ('Return Request Cancelled') without providing a valid resolution or refund. This constitutes a deficiency of service and unfair trade practice under consumer protection laws. I request the authority to intervene, process the return of the product, and issue a full refund of my money.
