Complaint Details
"I had booked an urgent Premium Document consignment containing irreplaceable Original Land Property Documents on October 3, 2026 (AWB No: V[protected]) from Whitefield, Bangalore to Suryapet, paying ₹480. Due to severe negligence and misrouting by DTDC, the parcel was delayed significantly and caused immense mental agony, tension, and legal uncertainty, especially impacting my important works on Monday. Though delivered late, the sheer irresponsibility and arrogant/careless response from their customer support warrants strict action."
