Two Contractors takes all the contract amount with extra 4000 Rs but now denied to complete the work

Two contractors are doing fraud with me. I was given the contract for the wall panel in 68000/- on 12 August 2026, they both given the surety to completed this tast with in 10 days or within a one week. Then after a few days they both said that they have to pay lost in contact and pay 8000 extra except this contract. Then we said we will discuss it and we can afford or pay half the amount means 4000 except contract 68000. Then I will write this complaint on 30 september 2026 and we have a total payment of 72000 till now but they both are denied to complete this contract and use abusive language on call and didn't respond on call. Two contractors details 1. Deepak Gupta ([protected]) lives in Maliwara Ghaziabad behind Santosh Hospital 2. Mohd. Liyakhat ([protected]) lives in Kela Bhatta Ghaziabad behind Dudheshwar Nath Temple. I had paid the total amount of 72000 but Mr. Mohd Liyakhat uses abusive language and refuses to complete this. Mohd. Liyakhat gives threat to me. Need your support to solve this issue.
