Complaint Details
I am writing this complaint regarding my account with Axis Bank. I am a victim of fraud/cheating, and because of this I am requesting that my account be frozen/blocked to prevent any further unauthorized use or transactions. I have not received any resolution on this matter yet from the bank. I request Axis Bank to immediately freeze/block my account as a precautionary measure and to look into this matter of fraud/cheating on priority, and take necessary action to protect my funds.
