Complaint Details
The bank asked us for processing fees of rupees 10000 we paid but at the end they said they can't sanction the loan to us So we asked them to refund our processing fees then they asked us to mail the transaction done by upi Its been 7 months and I have visited the bank more than 15 times I even talked to the branch manager he said they will get our refund done by days I am fed up of visiting bank again and again for my own money I even warned them about filing an complaint yet they havent refunded my money so I'm filing an complaint
