bank fraud

I am writing to file a complaint against my bank regarding a case of fraud involving my money. I have been a victim of what I believe is fraudulent activity related to my bank account, resulting in a financial loss to me. I have not been given a satisfactory explanation or resolution by the bank regarding this matter so far. I request the bank to investigate this issue thoroughly, take corrective action, and resolve the matter by recovering or reimbursing the money involved at the earliest.
