I am writing this complaint against PNB bank branch regarding a fraud matter. I have noticed a fraudulent transaction or entry in my bank account, but I do not have complete details of the amount, date or how this happened, as this needs to be verified with the bank branch records. I request the bank branch to investigate this matter urgently, provide me the transaction details in question, reverse any fraudulent amount, and take appropriate action against those responsible. I plan to raise this complaint formally with the PNB bank branch and request a resolution at the earliest.
