URGENT ESCALATION TO AXIS BANK CEO Dear Sir, I am extremely disappointed with the way my fraud complaint is being handled by Axis Bank. Despite repeated reminders and follow-ups with the Axis Bank team, Nodal Officer, and Legal Team, my issue remains unresolved. On 1 December 2025, an amount of ₹109921.23 was fraudulently debited from my IndusInd Bank salary account through unauthorized transactions, including payments to Axis Bank credit cards. Despite repeated requests, Axis Bank has neither refunded the disputed amount nor provided a satisfactory response. The bank has also failed to respond to the Cyber Crime Team's communication regarding this matter. I have been following up continuously, but I am still waiting for justice and the return of my hard-earned money. I urgently request the CEO of Axis Bank to intervene personally and ensure: Immediate investigation into the disputed transactions. A written response to the Cyber Crime Team. Based on the details provided by Axis Bank, the concerned authority/court order was initiated. However, during the process, I have been informed that the credit-card details mentioned/provided are in a 15-digit format, whereas Axis Bank is requesting/processing the requirement based on a 16-digit credit-card number.
