*For Consumer Court Form - Final Summary:* Complainant ABHAY TIWARI purchased AATA 5KG on 13.10.2026 with assured cashback of Rs.25 against Coupon Code 99SPFRG8RN. Coupon not working and cashback not credited to UPI [protected]@fam despite complaint. No action taken by seller. This is deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. Request to direct seller to pay Rs.25 cashback with compensation.
